This is a roof witch I had Stinson Services execute. This is 1940's tutor home with no venting on the eves and true 2x4's so there was no room to add the necessary vents. We removed the old decking and added spray foam to the roof and a new roof on top of that. This is called a hot roof and for this type of house I believe it is the best choice. There is a little attic area that we blew in 18 inches of insulation and added vents to that so we could achieve the right air flow.
